Lynn A. Rowley joined the firm in 1999 and is responsible for Rigel‘s daily operations and administration. Ms. Rowley is the former Assistant Vice President and Administrative Principal in charge of operations for the Seattle office of U.S. Bancorp’s Investment Division. She is a fully licensed Investment Advisor Representative. She is involved in the Adult Education program at her church.
