Our All-Cap Growth strategy is the result of combining our Large Cap Growth and Small to Mid Cap Growth strategies. The allocation among strategies depends on the current market environment with portfolio mangers allocating between 60-80% Large Cap Growth and 30-40% Small to Mid Cap Growth. All-Cap utilizes an active, bottom-up approach to identify US companies with market capitalization of $500 million and more. We invest in a diverse portfolio of quality companies with strong growth characteristics, carefully weighing the potential of each stock to contribute to the portfolio immediately. Stocks that are not contributing alpha are reviewed on a daily basis, and are likely trimmed or liquidated.
