Our care & guest service Policy
At Rigel Rentals, we’re committed to providing every guest with an exceptional, comfortable stay, whether you’re travelling with children, pets, or unique requests. Below are key items in our care policy—please review and let us know if you have any special needs or questions.

pets
A number of our homes are designated “pet‑friendly.” If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us at the time of booking, and we’ll confirm that the home allows pets and provide any applicable fee.
Pets must be well‑behaved, house‑trained, and under the guest’s supervision at all times.
Unless permitted, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and pets are typically not allowed in pools or hot tubs.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet (both inside and on the property grounds), and for any damage or excess cleaning caused by the pet.
Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

Children & families
We welcome families and are happy to accommodate guests traveling with children. We ask that children be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in the home, on decks or around pools.
To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, if special items are needed (e.g., travel crib, high chair, baby gate) please request them in advance so we may approve and arrange availability.
Our homes have occupancy limits (including children and infants) that must not be exceeded. This helps preserve a safe, relaxed atmosphere for all our guests.
Please let us know if you anticipate special requests for children (e.g., allergy accommodations, extra toddler safety gear, quiet times) so we can help plan and make your stay smoother.

special requests & personalized service
If you have any special requirements—dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, significant life events (anniversary, family reunion), allergy concerns, pet‑free preference, etc.—please notify us no later than 14 days prior to arrival (or as soon as possible). We’ll do our best to accommodate and advise.
We’re pleased to arrange extras such as welcome baskets, local activity bookings, equipment rentals (kayaks, bikes, beach gear), or on‑demand services (housekeeping, catering, etc.). Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the request.
Our Management Team is available to help you during your stay. Should you encounter any issue impacting your comfort (e.g., maintenance, noise, safety) please alert us promptly so we can respond quickly and effectively.

respect for the home & neighbors
We ask that you leave the residence in good condition. Normal wear is expected—but damage beyond that, or leaving the property in a condition requiring excessive cleaning, may result in additional charges.
Please respect our neighbors and community rules (noise levels, parking, trash, pool/deck usage). Your cooperation ensures that we may continue to offer high‑quality homes for all guests.
By booking with us, you agree to abide by these policies and allow us to act in the best interests of all guests and homeowners. We sincerely appreciate your care and attention to these details — it helps ensure your experience (and the experiences of future guests) remains exceptional.
