Rigel Rentals

What to Know

1. Overview

This Rental Policy applies to all reservations made with Rigel Rentals. By booking a stay, guests agree to follow all terms, rules, and policies outlined on this page and in the Rental Agreement.

2. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and

  • A booking confirmation has been issued by Rigel Rentals

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet verification requirements.

3. Payment Policy

  • Full or split payments may be required at booking

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to check-in

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH/wire transfer, check, and approved digital payments

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe or equivalent services

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled as follows:

  • 100% refund: 30+ days before check-in

  • 50% refund: 30 to 7 days before check-in

  • No refund: within 7 days of check-in

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is based on the date cancellation is received.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

6. Occupancy Rules

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced

  • All guests must be registered

  • Exceeding occupancy limits may result in termination of stay without refund

7. House Rules

Guests agree to:

  • Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)

  • No smoking inside the property

  • No parties or unauthorized events

  • Follow all posted property rules

  • Treat the property with care

Violation of rules may result in additional charges or early termination of stay.

8. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. It may be used for:

  • Property damage

  • Excess cleaning

  • Missing items

  • Rule violations

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 days after checkout.

9. Property Condition

We strive to ensure all listings are accurate and well-maintained. Guests acknowledge:

  • Minor differences may exist between listing photos and actual property

  • Maintenance issues may occur and will be addressed promptly when possible

No refunds are guaranteed for minor inconveniences that do not prevent occupancy.

10. Liability

Guests assume full responsibility for all occupants and agree that Rigel Rentals is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or theft of personal property

  • Interruptions caused by weather, utilities, or third parties

11. Changes to Policy

Rigel Rentals reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
